Six years ago I left my job and started my own business. I had worked in newspapers since I was at university, slowly working my way up the ladder to managing editor. I love working in newspapers, I love the pace and the rush, I miss it, but newspapers are a different beast today.
Then a friend of mine launched a news website, a South African news-piration — The Daily Maverick, and I joined to help with the marketing, as such Maverick Marketing was born. However, six years later, Maverick Marketing has morphed into a content generation company. What does that mean? Well it means we create the content you need for marketing.
I am great at content, so I have gone back to doing that, creating great content.
